After having your baby you can go from an incredible high and back to normality with an almighty crash. We want to help you deal with that in the most productive manner possible, getting your body back on track.
We know you can be sleep deprived, minimal energy and a touch out of focus. We want to guide you to getting your pre baby figure back and beyond. We don’t think just because you are a mum you deserve to be in sweats all day. We want you looking and feeling your best all the time.
We offer a range of plans and programs, ranging from 1-2-1 sessions to partner or even group sessions. Our more popular program for mums is a partner session this is where you find a friend and train together. This allows for a 1-2-1 feel at a lower cost as well as the extra motivation as you are doing it with a friend.
The sessions consist of a range of exercises to help you move better, become more energetic and help shape the body you want to have. We also go into depth about your food and make sure we can fit it the best way possible to suite you. Are approach to nutrition is much more of an inclusions mind set to an exclusion. We want you to be able to keep as much food in as you like to eat as possible.
We have a private fitness studio so you’re more than welcome to bring baby along. Take a look at our superb facilities.
