Personal training, what is it? Do you need it? Isn’t it just a guy standing there counting and clapping?
Lets break it down…
What is it? Well for us, it’s a way to help you move better, live better and look better. To be pain free in your movement, to get more out of your day, and to choose whatever clothes you want to wear (as a disclaimer, we struggle to justify Hawaiian shirts…). In a sentence, it is what you try to do in the gym but we are going to do it properly.
Next question, do you need it? Good question, you’ve seen results on your own right? Here lies the problem, you’ve plateaued, you’ve got niggles and injuries, you’ve lost motivation and direction. In truth, everyone will benefit from it.
Clapping and counting? There is probably an app for that. We are going to focus more on moving you the best you can, and getting the most out of the time your here. Consuming your life with fitness isn’t what we are after, we want to take up a small amount of your week and give you the most amount back.
We want to give you honest and reflective feedback in a judgement free environment.
Guessing and gambling on something as important as your health and self esteem isn’t for us, so integrity is at the forefront.
Being proactive in pushing you forward is how we think, we won’t limit ourselves with one form of training or nutrition. We use our toolbox of evidence based practices, coupled with our experience with 100s of people to create the best plan for you.
