Semi Private Coaching- Training in a Small Group

'I was a little uncertain about how good everyone else would be, but you soon realise everyone has started at the same point so we all support each other'

Welcome to our semi-private coaching model. Never heard of it? I don’t blame you, its not a commonly used phrase in the fitness industry. In short, its an option where you are in a small group, but you follow a 1-2-1 training style. Which means its fitted exactly around what you need.

What do you get?

  • No guesswork, a program to fit you and your life.
  • Nutrition and training plans that are easy to follow and specific to you.
  • The choice between 4, 8 and 12 sessions a month.
  • A private Facebook group to keep you accountable and share your successes in.
  • A choice of designated time slots in the morning, afternoon and evening to keep the sessions as flexible as possible.

We try to keep things as simple as possible with this, but some people find their fat loss and dieting much easier when they accompany it with nutritional coaching. The main difference between the group and 1-2-1 is we can delve much deeper into the nutritional side due to having more time. If food and dieting has always been difficult and confusing, it may be worth accompanying your training with some specific nutritional coaching for you, the nutritional side is done on a 1-2-1 basis which you can have a little look at here.

Do I need any experience to start with?

You definitely don’t need to have been exercising in the past, for some people it helps for others it hinders. We meet you where you are at, so there is no slotting into a pre planned formula. There is a beginner class as an option, you can see that here. But all our training and dieting advice is held around the principle of that everyone is an individual.
