Learn To Lift- The Beginner Guide To Exercise

'Terrified is the only word I could describe it as beforehand, but after having tried everything else I just wish I started sooner'

Don’t panic, you will be fine. You’ve had a quick Google and YouTube for some ideas, but still not so sure. I like your line of thought, lets find somewhere that can teach me these in a safe, judgement free environment. These sessions are here for everyone who is a beginner to exercise, which means we can go right back to basics to make sure you gain the experience and confidence of all the movements needed to stay happy and healthy.

How do the sessions work?

The atmosphere is very free flowing, which means that you can go at whatever pace you want to. Learning anything thats new takes time, and thats what you get. Time to practice each movement and find the best way for you to do it.

Will it help me lose fat and tone up?

Absolutely, there is some basic level nutrition advice that comes with it and if you feel you need more help on that side we can arrange for some nutritional coaching. You also have the option to join either or semi private or 1-2-1 training at any point to help speed up the process.

I don’t know if I will be able to do it?

Its a beginner class, so wherever you come in from is where we start from. We want to get as many people moving well as we can, so the last thing we want is to scare you away. Allowing you to enjoy it so much you can’t wait for the next one is our aim, so regardless of where you start from today we can help push you forward.
