'I've been going now for about 7 months and I'm still progressing. I have a monthly session now to keep on top of things, but I still come out with new ideas after every one.
Most people want to go to the gym to lose weight, and I get it, that seems a very sensible plan. Buuuut, it lacks one big factor. FOOD. Now we’ve all tried dieting. We’ve been to Slimming World, we’ve counted points, we’ve cut out carbs. We’ve blamed it on every food group, genetic flaw and friend we have.
So what now?
Now its time to front up. Let’s learn how to actually do it. Learn how to stay flexible and get us as close to a balanced life as we can. Dieting doesn’t have to be restrictive and extreme, it can be at your pace. The pace that’s best for you is probably the pace that helps build your best habits.

What are my options?
Again similar to the training, but with this we can have slightly more flexibility in frequency, most people will come once a week for a period and end up with a maintenance session of once a month. We can chat more about this once we know a little bit more about your situation.
Does it matter where I start from?
One thing that always comes up, it doesn’t matter where you start from. This is your journey at your pace. Everything you will ever need to know about fat loos, dieting and weight management we will cover. It doesn’t matter what route or tactic we have to use, we will use every evidenced based method at our disposal to make sure you walk away happy.
