Be that cover guy!

We have all seen the covers for Men’s Health and others, and we all want to know how. The headline is always 6 weeks, 8 weeks or sometimes even shorter. Even when we read on they never really give an answer. It’s more smoke and mirrors than a bible to success.

Well, I wasted a year of my life trying to see through the smoke, and I don’t want you to waste anymore of yours.

I will help coach you to the body you want, whether it’s losing pounds, building muscle or both. No more smoke and mirrors, just honest coaching based with scientific evidence to help you get to where you want to go.

We will:

  • explore your food and lifestyle outside of the studio in depth and make sure whatever plan we make for you is both sustainable and repeatable so you can be consistent over a long period.
  • complete large compound movements to build muscle as well as isolations to create balance and appearance.
  • use cardio to keep body fat low and to keep us as healthy and energetic throughout.
  • review your progress every six weeks to make any tweaks and changes, and to make sure we are both content with the progress.
