Just posted this great video over on Facebook as over the next few weeks I want to show you the kinda things we get up to during our sessions.
I would like to think we are slightly different to mainstream PT. We want to guarantee long lasting results, and to do that we sometimes have to change direction.
Tracey came to me six months ago wanting to lift weights. After a few years of group exercise it became apparent her squat technique just wasn’t strong enough to lift the weight she wanted.
Fast forward 6 months and here she is warming up.
I can’t tell you how proud I am in how hard she’s worked over the last few months. There were plenty of frustrating moments, but her resilience has pushed her through.
