With this plan you are entitled to three sessions per week.
These sessions include a dynamic warm up, postural analysis and correction, core rehabilitation as well as resistance and cardiovascular training.
During these sessions we also focus heavily on core work and lower back training to make sure we reduce the risk and even help aid any current lower back pain.
You also obtain nutrition and diet advice. This enables you to proceed outside of the studio with greater speed and effect.
You also have weekly check-ins to make sure your progress in and outside the studio is where you want it to be. This is where we go through your food for the week to make sure it is not only effective, but also enjoyable. We also talk about training in and outside of the studio as well as general lifestyle concerns.
You have access to recipes and food tables that help banish confusion on what to eat and what to stay away from.
